Toki Pona language blank:

- Description: The Toki Pona fields come up blank.
NOTES: Toki Pona is currently being translated for iConji. Once complete, all characters will be available in Toki Pona.
New Account creation not working:
- Date: 27 Feb 2012
- Product: Web App
- Description: Attempts at creating new accounts may result in strange errors. This is likely due to an existing account with the
same email address or username, but the server is not presenting the error and "Please try again" message. We are looking into this
and will have it fixed soon.
RESOLVED: 2 March 2012
Notes: We downgraded the installed version of a server-side application.
iConji with iOS4:
- Date: 23 June 2010
- Product: iPhone App v1.0 - 1.0.1
- Description: iConji will not function if you upgrade your iPhone, iPod, or iPad to iPhone OS4.
RESOLVED: 23 August 2010
Notes: iConji Messenger v1.0.2 was accepted by Apple today. This update works with iPhone OS4 and is free for those who have already installed a previous version of iConji.
iPhone app stalls when "Updating ...":
- Date: 2 June 2010
- Product: iPhone App v1.0 - 1.0.1
- Description: When using the iPhone app, some people on a 3G connection find the iConji app to show, "Updating ..." for a very long time.
CURRENT RESOLUTION: Quit iConji. Make certain you have a solid connection through 3G or wi-fi. Launch iConji again. If "Updating ..." continues and you cannot use iConji, delete and re-install iConji.
iPhone Password Request stall:

- Product: iPhone App v1.0 - 1.0.1
- Description: If you request a Password Reset using the iPhone app, and have a close connection to the internet, it may appear that the Password Request is not working.
CURRENT RESOLUTION: Be patient and wait just a bit longer ... or log into the Web app and use the same function there instead.
Notes missing on iPhone app:
- Date: 22 May 2010
- Product: iPhone App v1.0
- Description: If a Note is added to a character, it may not appear to the recipient even though the small triangle is appended to the
upper-right corner of the character.
RESOLVED: 2 June 2010
Notes: Download iConji Messenger v1.0.1 from Apple iTunes.
Mouse-over definition in English:
- Date: 19 May 2010
- Product: Web App v1.0
- Description: Even if the user Settings are for a language other than English, once the iConji message is sent, the mouse-over
definition is shown in English.
